Cincinnati Bengals vs. Las Vegas Raiders: Current situation
The Cincinnati Bengals came into the season as one of the favorites to go deep, but at mid-point of the season, things do not look promising at all for them. They are yet to win a home game, and the Bengals simply have no room for any more mistakes. There is no doubt that Joe Burrow is still among the best quarterbacks in the league, and he needs to lead the team to almost a perfect record for the rest of the season in order to make it to the playoffs.
The Las Vegas Raiders can already forget about any playoff dreams if they even had them going into the season. The Raiders did not win any game in the month of October, and it is questionable if they will see any success in November as well. They are very limited at the quarterback position and that is not how you win games in the NFL.

The Raiders are second to last in the league with 79 rushing yards per game and are ranked fourth with 23.8 completions per game. Defensively, they are 12th in the league allowing 319 total yards per game.

Betting tip and prediction: Cincinnati Bengals - Las Vegas Raiders (03.11.2024)
The Cincinnati Bengals came into the season with Super Bowl aspirations, but going into Week 9 of the season, it seems like they will most likely miss the playoffs. What is really disappointing is the fact that the Bengals have yet to win a game at home, and the fans let them know that as most of the stadium got empty way before the game ended in their embarrassing 37-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Joe Burrow is the one to be blamed for the Bengals’ poor first half of the season, but looking at his individual stats, it ends up that he is actually doing a good job. The Bengals’ running game is ranked in the bottom five in the NFL, averaging just 89.8 yards per game. The run game was particularly poor against the Eagles, as feature backs Chase Brown and Zack Moss combined to gain 43 yards on 17 carries. The Las Vegas Raiders are even in a worse situation, but no one really believed that they could do anything significant this season. The Raiders are coming off a 27-20 home loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, a game in which they were 2-for-4 in the red zone and just 1-for-3 in goal-to-go situations. Gardner Minshew is near the bottom of any individual stat between the starting quarterbacks in the league, which gives no hope for the team from Vegas. Center Andre James and linebacker Robert Spillane will be out for the Raiders for this game. The Bengals offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. and wide receiver Tee Higgins will not show up for the Bengals. This is a chance the Bengals simply cannot afford to miss in front of their home fans. They will meet the Raiders for the first time since Cincinnati’s 26-19 win in the wild-card round in the 2021 playoffs, snapping a 31-year playoff victory drought for the Bengals. This will be another successful day in Cincinnati, and we go with the Bengals to cover the -7-point spread.
